The COVID-19 outbreak has triggered a cascade of shutdowns, cancellations and quarantines. While the number of positive cases continues to rise daily, minimizing the spread will depend heavily on the good work of health care professionals, first responders, government officials and of course, requires all of us to do our part as well. We must stay calm and continue taking preventive measures to decrease the spread. Avoid close contact with people, practice social distancing, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and use hand sanitizer. Cleanliness is a must!
