Today I took my final oath of office for my last term as Broward County Commissioner. It has been a privilege to serve the great cities of District 8 (Miramar, Pembroke Pines, West Park, Pembroke Park, and Hallandale.) I am grateful to my family, my friends, and all of the district for the support they have shown me over the past 8 years. A big Thank You! to Judge Ilona Holmes for swearing me in once again for the 3rd and final time as she approaches her final 20 days on the bench. am looking forward to 4 more very productive years as a County Commissioner. After serving as Mayor twice in this great county, I know the strength and resilience of our community has been tried and tested. We have withstood the challenges that we have faced together! We are #Browardstrong
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
