Did you know in Broward County, nearly 260,000 people, or 13.6 percent of the County’s population does not know where their next meal will come from? Sadly, approximately 75,000 children in our county go to bed hungry every night. Broward County is once again partnering with Feeding South Florida in recognition of September as “Hunger Action Month,” a time when the community comes together to end hunger one bite at a time.
