This week should be “National Small Business Week”; however, it’s Postponed until further notice due to COVID-19. Small businesses are struggling financially and the process to apply for the SBA Loans, (PPP & EIDL) has been a nightmare. Many missed out on the federal funding not because of technical issues, but because they were not prepared. Community bankers are processing loans and hope to get approvals before the second round of funding ends, but you must have the proper documents attached to the loan application before submitting.
