Hurricane season began June 1st. When Tropical Storm Isaias was announced, was your plan already in place for your homes and businesses? Water, canned goods, batteries, and paper products were already disappearing from the shelves. Why? Because we started panicking since we weren’t prepared. From June 1–November 30 you must have hurricane supplies pre-stocked and ready to go. Broward County’s website https://www.broward.org/Hurricane/Pages/GetReady.aspx is a great resource guide to help you get prepared. It’s even harder this season with the COVID-19 Pandemic, so I implore you to get ready now. People don’t plan to fail; they fail to plan!
