The website contains legal educational materials, sample forms, and information about the courts, community resources and free and low-cost legal aid programs to help you with your legal problem.
Program Description: Florida Free Legal Answers is virtual legal advice clinic in which qualifying users post their civil legal questions. Attorney volunteers log in to the website, select questions to answer and provide legal information and advice. Users receive an email when their questions have a response.

Program Description: FIU Law Practice offers affordable, low cost legal services in the family law area to low- and moderate-income families who do not qualify for free legal services. They assist modest income families falling within the 125% and 200% poverty guidelines by providing affordable legal services in the family law area.
Eligibility: Utilizes the legal clinic’s current screening process to confirm eligibility based upon federal poverty guidelines and levels.
